What we process Loan agreement, operating statement, rent roll (optional prior-year OS for variance).
How we use it Structured extraction, covenant tests, CREFC-normalized analysis, draft annual-review memo.
Privacy Each browser session gets its own isolated book. We do not send your files to an LLM on this tryout path.
What we don't do Sell your data, train public models on your files, or substitute for your credit committee.
